Full-time, Direct hire, Permanent, Long-term, Recruitment firm. Talon Executive Search Group is dedicated to finding highly skilled and ambitious welders, that are a direct fit for our client's welding and fabrication demands. Our recruitment team is made of prior welding supervisors who have been in charge of maintaining, training, and establishing weld shops using the same welding processes our clients are seeking. We locate, interview, and analyze highly skilled welders using a tried and proven skill/performance based metrics system. The employers save time, money, and resources they would otherwise have spent through standard hiring practices. All employers offer above average wages, health, dental, vision, retirement funds, life, disability, and $1,500 - $5,000 for relocation bonuses. Most of our clients are providing housing for welding/manufacturing candidates, for the first 2 weeks of employment.
