Make Ready/Maintenance (near Riverwalk) - $15/hour

Currently hiring Make Ready/Maintenance Techs for a high end resort hotel.

Located near the Riverwalk in San Antonio, Texas.

Will be:
- Maintaining property
- Doing general repairs
- Tenant make readies
- Light plumbing and electrical
- Preventative maintenance

Requirements:
- Experience in carpentry, plumbing, and electrical
- Must have ability to safely operate hand and power tools
- Must be willing to work as a team to achieve overall company goals
- Must maintain a neat and orderly appearance
- Must be able to pass background and drug screen

Make Ready/Maintenance Techs are required to be on call.
