Welder/Fabricator

Must have an understanding of the metal Fabrication, processes, and procedures. Display qualities in which very little supervision is required. Ability to weld various applications: MIG, TIG, ARC proficiently.

Responsibilities:
Interprets blueprints and constructs products
Exhibit good troubleshooting capabilities to be able to correct fabrication problems.
Can follow instructions both verbally and written.
Prep work with grinders, sanders etc.
Confers with engineering, management staff and fabrication employees in order to comply with procedures and production schedules.
Proper utilization of hand tools such as Magnetic Drill, Hand Drill and Grinders
Proper utilization of Band saw, Drill Press, Press brake, Shear
General Knowledge of welding Practices and Procedures in GMAW, SMAW

Requirements
We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience.
Physical Requirements

It is the responsibility of all employees to follow proper lifting techniques and seek help or utilize mechanical lifting aids as appropriate to avoid potential injury.
Operate Fork trucks
Extended periods of time standing.
Must be able to bend and kneel freely.
Good eyesight
Position is M-F 6am to 2:30pm
